  옥동서원 지나 백옥정 그곳에서
  수 백 채 기와집 있었던 마을을 본다

  구슬봉이, 미치광이, 처녀치마 피고지는 그곳에 금돌성 흔적이 있다 복음의 씨를 뿌린 베드로님은 내원에 잠들고 안개는 한성봉 봉우리를 쉽게 보여주지 않는다 한 시절 쿵덕쿵덕 잘 보낸 대궐터는 언제 복원될까 거문고 튕기다 바위가 된 임천석대도 있다

  산은 산을 지키며 살고
  물은 물과 함께 흘러가는
 
  저승골 들어 갈수록 영혼을 천도하듯 호로호로 마라 호로 새들이 염불을 하고 시리시리 소로소로 꽃바람이 노래를 한다 자라자라 마라자라 물소리 깊어지는 구수천 물소리가 나를 사박사박 데리고 가는지 내가 구수천 물소리를 찰랑찰랑 데리고 가는지 

  시를 낭송하듯 들리는 소리 소리들
  여덟 구비 구수천 시비詩碑 앞에서

Trekking Mt. Baekhwa and Gusu River

There where springtime flowers were in full blossom, I detect the traces of the Gumdol castle. St. Peter who sowed the seeds of Gospel is resting in the inner courtyard. The mist does not easily reveal the summit of Hanseung Peak. When will they restore the site of the royal palace which thrived at one season? There you find the Imcheon stone embankment which turned into a rock while stringing a six-stringed zither.

The hills live guarding hills
Water flows together with water

As I enter deeper into the netherworld valley, birds chant prayers horohoro maraho as if sending the soul to heaven, and the spring wind sings sirisiri sorosoro. The sound of Gusu River’s stream where the water deepens jarajara marajara may be escorting me sabaksabak. Or else I am leading the sounds of Gusu River’s water ripple-ripple.
