코스모스 유람선

정치산

그늘로 옮겨 앉던 햇살이 그림자로 내려앉는다.
허깨비를 끌어안고 우는 그녀에게 손을 내민다.
햇살이 미끄러져 허방에 빠진 그녀를 다독인다.
 
다섯 시 십 분, 다른 시간으로 흐르는 귓등을 지난다.
오십 분 후 당신이 사라질 시간으로 햇살이 기운다.
시간을 지나쳐 갸웃갸웃 졸고 있는 얼굴을 깨운다.

젊음은 보이는 것보다 가깝고 추억은 보이는 것보다 멀다.
유람선에는 젊음이 모여 있고 춤추는 발자국이 들썩였다.
기억이 내려앉는 춤들이 그림자 주변을 돌고 돈다.

Cosmos Sightseeing Boat

The sunlight shifting toward the shade
Alights as a shadow.
I thrust out my hand to her
Who’s weeping hugging an apparition.
I caress her who’s fallen into a pitfall,
The sunlight having slid.

At five 10, I pass over the ear that drifts toward another time.
I wake up a face that dozes past time.

Youth is nearer than it appears.
Memory is farther than it appears.
Youth gathers around
The sightseeing boat with shuffling dancing feet.
Dances go round and round the shadow
Where memory descends.
